Production time refers to the duration required to prepare your order post-approval. For all printed or embellished orders, we provide an E-Proof within 48 hours. Production begins upon approval and receipt of payment. Domestic orders operate on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. For international orders, weekends are also included, except for local holidays. Production commences once payment clears in our bank.
Once an order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to verify order details and stock availability. Blank orders typically ship the same day or within two days, depending on the distribution center used. For printed or embellished orders, we'll send an e-proof for virtual approval.
