The setup charge is a nominal fee applied to most printed orders. It varies depending on the product and printing method. Typically, setup fees are assessed per color, but for certain products, it may be per order. At BFW, transparency is key; we believe in upfront communication regarding any charges. Additionally, many of our products, such as those utilizing sublimation printing, do not carry setup fees.
What is production time and why does it vary between products?
Production time refers to the duration required to prepare your order post-approval. For all printed or embellished orders, we provide an E-Proof within 48 hours. Production begins upon approval and receipt of payment. Domestic orders operate on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. For international orders, weekends are also included, except for local holidays. Production commences once payment clears in our bank.
How does the order process works?
Once an order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to verify order details and stock availability. Blank orders typically ship the same day or within two days, depending on the distribution center used. For printed or embellished orders, we'll send an e-proof for virtual approval. Upon approval, production begins. Once goods ships, we communicate tracking information accordingly.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, ACH, and wire transfers. For international orders, additional information may be required before charging a credit card.

How does reorder works?
When placing a reorder, please provide your previous order reference number. This ensures continuity in all details and procedures from your previous shipment. If your reorder is within 12 months, there's a high chance that your setup fee will be reduced or waived. For more details, please contact our office.
In what format should artwork be submitted?
For silkscreen printing orders, please provide vector artwork. For heat sublimation, heat transfer, or laser engraving, we recommend high-resolution files at 300 dpi or higher. Lower dpi files may be acceptable; kindly send your artwork to our team for review.
Does BFW assist customers with artworks?
Yes, we have a dedicated team to handle artwork-related matters. If your artwork isn't in vector format or isn't print-ready, we offer advice and solutions. We strive to provide solutions without additional fees; however, there may be cases where extra charges apply. Rest assured, any additional costs will be communicated upfront and proceed only upon your approval.
What does edge-to-edge printing mean and on which products is itoffered?
Edge-to-edge printing allows printing from one end of the product to the other. We offer this service domestically for heat sublimation printing. For custom or overseas orders, edge-to-edge printing is available for most of our products. Please contact our team for specific details.
What is a Pre-production Sample and is there a cost associated?
